The largest power solid-state hydrogen storage fuel cell emergency power generation system in southwestern China has been officially put into application and demonstration.

The first 220kW high-security solid-state hydrogen storage fuel cell emergency power generation system in the southwest region, jointly developed by HOUPU Clean Energy Group Co.,Ltd. has been officially unveiled and put into application demonstration. This achievement marks a significant breakthrough in China's core equipment autonomy in the field of hydrogen emergency power supply, providing an innovative solution to alleviate the tight power supply and demand situation in the southwest region. This emergency power generation system is based on the cutting-edge hydrogen energy technology of Southwest Jiaotong University and Sichuan University. It adopts an integrated design of "fuel cell + solid-state hydrogen storage", and through five key technological innovations, it has constructed a safe and efficient energy emergency system. The system integrates multiple functions such as fuel cell power generation, solid-state hydrogen storage hydrogen supply, UPS energy storage and power supply, etc. It meets environmental protection requirements while also taking into account actual needs such as energy supply guarantee time, emergency response speed, and system volume. It has the capabilities of lightweight, miniaturization, rapid deployment, and online fuel replenishment, and can achieve uninterrupted continuous power supply. The product is assembled in standard container modules and integrates advanced technologies such as high-power efficient fuel cell power generation, low-pressure solid-state hydrogen storage, and uninterrupted power supply power conversion. After the power grid is disconnected, the system can instantly switch to emergency power supply mode to ensure seamless power supply connection. At a rated power of 200kW, the system can continuously supply power for more than 2 hours. By replacing the solid-state hydrogen storage module online, it can achieve unlimited continuous power supply. In order to achieve intelligent management of the equipment, the system is equipped with the intelligent supervision platform for solid-state hydrogen storage and power generation skids of HOUPU Clean Energy Group Co.,Ltd., which integrates intelligent inspection and AI video behavior recognition functions. It can monitor the appearance of the equipment, detect pipeline leaks, and standardize the operation procedures of personnel. Through big data analysis, the platform can deeply explore the operating patterns of the equipment, provide energy efficiency optimization suggestions and preventive maintenance plans, forming a closed-loop management from real-time monitoring to intelligent decision-making, and providing all-round support for the efficient operation and safety protection of the equipment.
