Recently, two sets of 60m³ LNG container-type fully skid-mounted refueling equipment from Houpu International, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Houpu Group, have been officially shipped to Nigeria. Following batch deliveries to the European market, the Company's large fully skid-mounted LNG refueling equipment has once again been exported to Africa, marking another step forward in its internationalization strategy.
As a flagship product independently developed by Houpu, this LNG fully skid-mounted refueling equipment has already achieved large-scale application in China. The product features a highly integrated design with a compact structure, minimal footprint and easy installation, and supports whole-station transportation and rapid commissioning. It offers significant advantages including a short construction cycle, high operational efficiency and low investment cost, precisely matching the stringent international market requirements for both project timeliness and economic efficiency.
The two sets of LNG refueling equipment customized for the Nigerian customer are each equipped with two dual-nozzle dispensers, achieving an average refueling flow rate of 60 kg/min and a peak rate of up to 80 kg/min, delivering outstanding performance. The equipment supports multiple modes including self-pressurization unloading, pump unloading and combined unloading, and features intelligent remote data transmission, enabling flexible adaptation to various operational scenarios while ensuring refueling efficiency and ease of operation.
In terms of environmental adaptability, the product has achieved significant technical upgrades. Its exterior coating adopts the C5 high-grade anti-corrosion standard, providing long-lasting resistance to the harsh corrosive effects of marine transportation and high-temperature, high-humidity and high-salt-fog environments, fully demonstrating Hopu's core strengths in equipment durability and environmental adaptability.
This project marks the latest effort by Houpu to support the development of large-scale mobile skid-mounted LNG refueling stations in Nigeria with innovative technologies and proven solutions, following its participation in the construction of the country's first LNG filling station and first LNG regasification station, contributing "Houpu wisdom" and "Houpu strength" to the efficient utilization of natural gas in Nigeria.
The successful delivery of this batch of equipment fully demonstrates Houpu's leading capabilities in the design, manufacturing and system integration of international LNG refueling equipment, and further confirms the maturity of the Company's overseas business system and global delivery capabilities, injecting strong momentum into the Company's further expansion in the global energy equipment market.
Looking ahead, Houpu Group and its subsidiary Hopu International will continue to focus on technological innovation and product iteration and upgrading, deepen their presence in the clean energy sector, and strive to provide global customers with safer, more reliable and more efficient integrated clean energy solutions, actively promoting the global energy structure's transition toward green and low-carbon development.
