It adopts a process route combining methanol cracking and pressure swing adsorption to produce high-purity hydrogen gas. The designed hydrogen production capacity of the unit is 6,000 Nm³/h. Using methanol and water as raw materials, a cracking reaction occurs under the action of the independently developed HNA-01 catalyst, generating a hydrogen-containing mixture, which is then purified by PSA to obtain 99.999% high-purity hydrogen gas.
